Bohemian IV

Description:
An Indian Pale Ale of 5.9%.
After the first yeast (S.Carlsbergensis)  the bohemian is refermentated in the bottle.  The blonde beer has a fresh citric aroma by combining 3 hops: Citra, Motueca and Mosaic.

A Bohemian is a gipsy in our dialect. Like a bit of a stranger in our midts. Because of the use of a Lager-yeast and the combination of the herbs, this is our stranger.
